Difficult becausethe other kids may be afraid. Just Say Hi was released on 1 July 2013 and was positively received by critics.

I also think he has had a bit of luck because it 'appears' that no particular food is a trigger for him. Download our chatting app to start meet new friends and socialize now! Hi Vixen, So glad to hear your son is doing well.

Say Hello: 50 Simple and Effective Website Greeting Messages

You get the diagnosis and think your child's life is over. For some, they do have a difficult journey but it doesn't mean that things will not get better, that they cannot study, train and do a job they like. The path can be long but with good care and support they can make it. Hi Vixen, So glad to hear your son is doing well. As a mother of a child who will be going to college next fall I found your post very encouraging. When my son was diagnosed at 16 he was so sick we just could not believe that he would get better. It was a struggle to get him to where he is today. Currently he is in clinical remission. Still worry about the side effects but for now it is keeping his crohn's under control and letting him live his life. Hi Vixen, Brilliant to hear your Son is doing so well, really really hope he gets a long long remission. Once I got all the horrible tests out of the way and was put on the right med not many meds back then lol! I was fine back at school,. Had a flare and 1st surgery at 26 then remmision till I was 42 and in those good times I worked full time had children and enjoyed life like any other person. Hi Vixen, Very glad that your son is doing well and hope he will be. This good news motivates one esp. I'm very keen to make the combo succeed and try as hard to avoid food that might trigger a flare up. Wishing you and your son all the best : GERD, gastroduodenitis, ileocolitis, chronic proctitis and persistent mouth ulcers and fissures, psoriasis Current meds: Pentasa sachets 4g, Entocort 6mg, Nexium 40 x2, Ensure, Calcium and magnesium supplements, Imuran 175mg, pentasa enema, colifoam, budesonide enema, Zantac 600mg, Gaviscon 1x4 Pred 40 mg from Oct. Try and utilise theses services because it can be a big help, we have all these in place for son just in case, but so far, so good!! You obviously have a very positive attitude and tbh I think that goes a long way to how well you cope. Son did ask consultant at last appt what were the chances of him having surgery at some point and consultant replied that if he had asked that when initially diagnosed surgery was looking a sure fire thing but as things are now he couldn't say. I think that we have been lucky with the consultant. I hope you continue to be well for many years. After the Azathioprine kicked in, on two occasions they tried to get him off the Pentasa, their thought being that if the Pentasa hadn't worked alone and the Azathioprine did work then he didn't need the Pentasa. Not so, symptoms returned so he is now on the two drugs and a note on his records that he needs the two together. I also think he has had a bit of luck because it 'appears' that no particular food is a trigger for him. Oscarsmum70-It is a hard road sometimes and you think the end is never in sight, continuous symptoms, different drugs and then drugs causing side affects usually pretty minor in the grand scheme of things though it almost seems like I have woken up from a bad nightmare, I know that it will re-visit one day but for now it is great to see him living his life how it should be led. It is not easy, especially when trying to get it under control, always one thing after another, always reading and researching, fearing the worst. Stay strong and positive, don't let the illness define them and know that things can improve :.

When my son was diagnosed at 16 he was so sick we just could not believe that he would get better. For jesus, this is often a message about what the company makes, designs, creates, etc. As a mother of a child who will be going to college next fall I found your post very encouraging. They have become the first pilot school in Massachusetts to partner with the CPF to fub about a curriculum ways to increase interaction with those that have disabilities. This good news motivates one esp. Difficult becausethe other kids may be afraid. The tone can be friendly, comical, serious, or even self-righteous.
